"Am I missing something? Is Tullow killing these guys to get their lease?" No, Tullow's not killing these guys at HDY, they're doing a great job of it all by themselves. Major problems due to DOJ and ROG ongoing investigations. Exorbitant G&A expenses for a company that's basically doing nothing along with excessive legal expenses. IMO just a complete CF at HDY whereby the execs and lawyers divy up what's left of the cash and once again hang shareholders out to dry.
