The 10-15% figure cannot be from TransCanada, because STWA is strictly not allowed to disclose any customer information, due to the NDA. That figure must have come from the RMOTC tests and any other information. They can extrapolate the flow increase number based on viscosity reduction and other data - basically plug it into a formula. Repeat: that data cannot be taken as coming from the TransCanada pilot. It might be more. It might be less.
