Great info thanks for posting. I guess the question is what is the official date of the reverse merger, since we are quiet for about 90-120 days from that. Is the reverse merger date in July when approval was given to change name from ZULU to Vortex? Has the actual reverse merger even been approved yet?

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
