At this time, I have doubts your speculation will be correct, but I can agree on this: We will not know the terms of the settlement until they are published.

Unless you are an insider and were privy to the negotiations, work with the law firms that are handling the final drafts of settlements.

There can always be leaks, but hopefully we can agree, leaks are not always correct or accurate.

SCM, I have a simple question: Do you want Top Shelf and Mr. Pierce to succeed?
