It happened again to lv3...a pr is issued, the pps dropped...apru gets no pr and pps stays the same...bill/tony are slacking badly...deal does not need to be done imo...both pps' are suffering b/c of present mgnt,imo...both companies have huge potential but not under bill/tony...not enuff capital to do whats necessary to drive both pps' through the roof...the bigs need to buy bill out of both companies...it would be a drop in the bucket for the bigs...go apru and lv3
