Yeah all companies that are ready to go out of business ALWAYS hires 30 international reps, order more containers of product, hire more in house marketing people, travel to other countries to get contracts and deals inked and ship products all over the country and international ports.

Now they're international sales reps? I hadn't heard that. Regardless, the answer is a company will certainly say those things in order to keep the charade they've got going which is to sell stock. None of the above items mentioned have happened so it is very possible they are indeed ready to go out of business once they've offloaded the rest of the zero cost stock. They have not hired any reps nor in house marketing people that we know of. I'm sure they would have announced such. Travel to other countries does not a company make. Maybe it's a vacation, who knows? The partner she claims to be going to meet has been dark for months and has no clients and no history or background in spirits distribution so that's not looking too good. To consider a trip to Rio a sign of huge revenues and business potential. I'm sure there are Radio Shack employees flying all over the country but that doesn't mean they're no going out of business.

All of it is just talk until it happens for REAL and this company and their management have a bad habit and history of lots of talk and little action let alone sales. The fact that they pulled this same ruse in 2009 is a very bad sign. And, in that case, the actually said they had shipped when in fact they hadn't and they said the were in retail and they weren't and they said they had distribution, which they didn't. They're being much more careful this time with how they word everything but it's the same game, same boss.
