Anyone understand how Whorehay's resignation impacts BRND's relationship to his private companies? As far as I know, based on previous communications with BRND, they are all the same people. Kind if horse crap if he resigned but still runs the show with his private companies.

They would need to have their own employees and term all contracts with Bevfans,liquid, cube, etc in order for this to mean anything.

Feels like this move was to get the SEC off their back.
