California Bill 1262 defeated last month

This bill would have allowed non pro fit dispensaries to become profit....aka BlumOak...but now it will be a couple of years before it comes back up...... I believe this will cause the delay in the extraction lab in oakland Ca..... thus no touching of the plant..
