Agreed, this doesn't exactly inspire confidence. My assumption would be that there's nothing to report yet i.e. the Global Lock is still delayed and Management are working on a solution. These things don't happen overnight and without funding due to Global Lock, I'm sure it'll be a while.

Personally I have no choice but to wait, be patient and optimistic, and HOPE LIKE HELL!
