Why is the term "merger" being used again on here....the last merger I knew of was with Hundley and that is a dead deal. I am long with OTHM and hoping they pull of the acquisition of the properties they were suppose to Legally announce after labor. Now seeing "merger" reintroduced into the mix is making me think the acquisition won't be fully owned by OTHM.

These loosely worded fluff PR's are really working against the company....they need to give out solid facts and follow through with earlier statements.

Again, against my better judgement I only have a few million shares in this company but I normally don't buy into stock with such meaningless fluff PR's. This is just my gut instinct but is there now a merger with a new company the Ken Chua owns? This being so important to him I'm sure he wouldn't walk away without getting some golden handshake. With him leaving I don't see much about the properties now. Just raises concern.
