We are pleased to announce that Jeff Brumfield has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of CDEX Inc. He brings back to the Company Dr. Wade Poteet as the Chief Science Officer who will be overseeing the development of all new technology, as well as providing oversight of all key employees in the area of research and development. We are also excited to bring back Carey Starzinger. Mr. Starzinger will be providing his expertise in the area of computer science, and Mr. Jim Ryles is back as the chief engineer who will be responsible for the design and final production of all products. We are also very excited to announce our new Board of Directors

Mr. Brumfield's son can do a much better job at design and production than jr could have ever done.

That is also laughable. Research on both bumfield's at cdex suggest that are no more than uneducated rubes. It's easy to deny, just tell us what school jeffy bumfield dropped out of and then what year he received his GED. We know what special needs school the dependent son went to, Foothills. But, I'm sure all are pleased at cdex that he is making progress toward fitting in.
