I think the two biggest factors in when we will see that price range will be

1. How long the plants take to be built and start bringing in revenue

2. What the price per KW is for the contract.

A 100MW plant at

12 cents per KW should bring in 20+ million in profit
18 cents per KW should bring in 30+ million in profit
24 cents per KW should bring in 40+ million in profit

The company has stated governments are willing to pay as high as 44 cents per KW

Even a smaller 50MW plant is capable of bringing in 10+ million in profit.
