I disagree. The shares were trading at QB tier when they filed SEC paperwork in December, but then went back to pick sheets after registration withdrawal.

True, Financials have not been updated for some months now. I bet Jeff knows that too. All this whining and rant is unnecessary. This is pink sheets and it is high risk/loss/gain territory. He has the plan, let's all support.
