Treat One and ALL the exact same way.



And why is that?? All the Lenders and creditors were not equal. Some were owed a lot, some much less. No reason at all to treat all the same.

But that is how it wound up, anyway. They all had to experience BK. And the ANGELS got what they wanted. To be declared as the ONLY secured creditor in case of the inevitable CHAP 7 at some future date.
