You have to remember always that this stock has gone from .0009 to over .04 in a very short time. Groups bought through the 00's and the 01's and have and are dumping with huge profits, and rightfully so. There is something about VIIC that is most curious to me. One is the A/S raise quorum pull out, which I have NEVER seen happen with any OTC company. I have never seen a company announce an A/S increase vote only to subsequently announce it being cancelled for the moment due to lack of a quorum. It may have happened with other companies but I personally have never seen it. I have my suspicions about this and price manipulation but I'll reserve judgement as I have no proof. As far as shorts and naked shorts, I don't believe it has anything to do with the price drop. I think it's retail who are cashing in.
