My guess would be trying to figure out a way to clean it up... otherwise they would have done it already. They seem to be having difficulty just moving through apru and getting those books right.

We know that it will cost about 40k just to get rshn back to current and then there is the issue of the lawsuit against the shell that they need to get taken care of. My guess is that they could probably come up with the 40k but the lawsuit or rather judgment against the shell is a much bigger problem.
