I think Mr Buzzard might be the first known case of the "Bird Flue" in North America. I know of a few of the more common symtoms.
(1) Feathers all ruffled! and out of place
(2) constant verbal ramblings
(3) Inability to comprehend a simple logic.
(4) Rudeness

The rest of the board members please let us know of any symptoms that you think the "Buzzard" might be displaying. He may be a candidate for an STTK tracking collar.
