I think Huawei didn't answer the infringement,so the court might just levy the fine to Huawei and compensate to Spex, that would be a huge amounts of money.But,I guess Huawei wouldn't pay it,as Huawei want to quit from American market as American government deems Huawei as spy as Apple was deemed a spy to China too.

I still think. Spex should update this information to all shareholders,as this also will give some confidence to all the shareholders to wait for other trials.
