LOL Sorry not averaging down again. Same garbage in all these subbers. This filing is pure fluff as the A/s can be easily raised at any time. NSAV trying to get a little pump here to pay off more convertibles? It's obvious they have been diluting.

They need to disclose and be transparent about this dilution. How hard is it to PR about their future plans and share counts? Nothing since June about Global Distribution either. This smacks of typical scammy penny stock behavior. A simple PR or two could easily clear all these issues up. It's that hard to do so? ROTFLMAO
