I don't have time to post all the DD I've done. Maybe you should learn how to analyze and interpret a stock chart and go take a gander the 3 month ETEK daily chart at stockcharts.com

Look at the Relative strength index, the Bollinger band pinch, and the upward curve of the MACD


And I suggest contacting the CEO with the number that's been posted here multiple times.
