I hold 1,000,000 shares. I believe we should all be very concerned about our investment here.
no news, no website, no communication from the ceo, no revenues, continued dilution and o/s certainly appears to be near maxed out. add to that all the 'pumpers' here (no offense) are now blaming everything on 'mm' manipulation. a true sign of desperation imo. seen that before. no where else to shove blame.
if you have a large position in utrm I would say you have a VERY long wait until the shell of this pos is sold to another scammer.
the only ones who made any $$ here are chris s. and those of us that sold above .01
beware of sec shutting this down soon....caveat emptor could be in our future here...all imo of course
