The parents was brought into play, because you learn right and wrong as a child from your parents. The criminal part comes into the fact if sold a stock to the investor knowing there never was a deal on the table. H e took money in directly which is fraud, that is why I brought that point on the message board. Its my own opinion, has nothing to do with the timing of the stock. Which I believe is dead in the water...
