I agree with most of what you say, but why are you omitting the fact that the note in the subsequent events that I thin you are talking about - it is a convertible note. both the interest and the principle are convertible on favorable terms. i don't think the $300k should really be called a loan as you say. that money is not subject to the same level of risk as open market common stock... but yet it still carries a significantly higher potential reward. do you agree?
