Excellent question. Each state they franchise in has their own franchising laws and the franchising department has to review the application and approve it. So my best guess and I want to be conservative would be 60 to 90 days to meet these requirements. And I have every confidence in this attorney that they have retained because he's one of the best in the entire industry.

When this is done correctly it can be extremely explosive. They can start signing up regional franchisors in every state in the Union.
