We've bounced off $.25 and are moving up. I think we've seen our double bottom.

If you and Clerk are correct, which I hope you are, I can live with that and have the patience to wait for good things to come. It's horrifying to watch the value of this company sink by 40% over a short period of time without wondering if something is horribly wrong.

What if this PPS gets to the Teens? You might have some reservations like any concerned investor. I do agree with your point that when a stock like this becomes oversold or undervalued,the market will adjust it back to what it perceives is the current value. Hopefully that is > $.25. The company has some good things going for it and it is only a matter of time before the "pipeline" starts bearing some fruit.

I still caution that timing is important because there are competitive forces acting against this company with the desire to put it under. The sooner this company gets sales and profit moving and the spinoff finalized, the better position it will be in for the long run. Days and months are important to seize opportunities before someone else does.
