I don't understand why you would prefer a huge short-term dump to a 10b5-1 trading plan. This is highly unusual activity for a CEO and I would be pissed if I was a shareholder.

I think it's especially suspect with him since he's all lovey-dovey on twitter. I've seen this type of thing before in dubious companies, where CEOs would take certain calls from retail and/or message certain retail investors directly on message boards. It's an old trick of making some people feel special, as if they have an "in" with the company and the CEO, but really they're just being manipulated.
