No, you are right this is the way he gets rid of his 300mm plus shares that he got for free when he awarded them to himself in a forward split that only he got. Anyway he needs to dump while he can because when the SEC busts his other SCAM he will be barred for life from the securities industry so he needs TRII to be his social security.
