Not sure why your surprised .015 was always on the table. .015 is a pretty good base to work from. We had a great spike and people sold, that is what the stock market does. It sells and makes money. If it collapses below .014-.015 then complain, but I do not think it is in the cards. .014-.015 is buy time.
