Wyoming doesn't have any Corporate income tax as such so, given the date and the fact that September is the one-year anniversary of RIGH's (secret) filing in Wyoming, I'm guessing that this is the Annual Report License Tax that's gone unpaid (along with the Annual Report not being filed with WY?)...

You'd think that RIGH's hotsy-totsy new Accounting and SEC Compliance firm- Wells Compliance Group, would be taking care of these little items...

Oh, yeah... Wells was the reason RIGH missed the Q2 filing deadline and got briefly kicked backed to OTC Pink LIMITED in August...

Unless, of course there are reasons not to keep Wyoming updated... remember how the Nevada filing went apparently "abandoned" and shareholders had to find out for themselves that RIGH/Angel/Taylor Moffitt had secretly refiled in Wyoming and massively diluted shareholders by increasing Authorized Shares from 5 Billion to 30 BILLION??
