Hello Mr. Bubba, a couple of corrections...

the existing holes at the Gordon Breccia are over 100 meters apart

Actually the drill holes were 25-50 meters apart according to ACA Howe's 2001 Geological Report.

"Fourteen of the 18 holes have intersected the breccia, and these 14 holes have been drilled on 5, north-south oriented, irregularly spaced sections (separated by 25 to 50 metres) which cover a 150 metre east-west distance."

Looking at the below map of the drill holes, it looks like only one hole had 25 meters spacing.



The reason they are starting out with infill drilling is because NI43-101 calls for holes between 50-100 meters apart.

I don't believe NI 43-101 has a specific qualification metric for drill hole spacing since no two deposits are alike. I was corrected on this notion by a geologist a few years ago. Some deposits may be low grade, but have a very large and consistent footprint. Economics may not dictate a 25 meter spacing; however, at 50 meters over a large area with a consistent mineralization may be sufficient. Then some deposits are higher and varying grades in a smaller footprint that would necessitate 25 meter spacing.

However, I was told that while there is no specific rule, 25 meters is the acceptable distance that provides geologists with an appropriate level of confidence in categorizing resources as measured and indicated vs. inferred. I will defer my understanding of this to that of a professional geologist.

In essence, they will be twinning the existing holes, except this time, they will also extend the new holes somewhat deeper to hopefully prove the existence of the porphyry.

It is my understanding that the purpose of in-filling the holes is twofold. Since there was a break in the chain of custody of the old drill cores, they could not by themselves be used for a current geological report. It is assumed/hoped that in-filling the holes will reconfirm the original drill results while also providing a greater confidence level for the geologist to categorize the resources at the Gordon Breccia into the appropriate mineral classifications for the eventual pre-feasibility study.
