I remember a few years back, on another FW stock, where Newbauer used to be IR, The TA reported 4 million fewer shares than the company’s financials. When questioned about the discrepancy, the company/crew immediately announced ‘Oh, by the way, we are implementing a share buyback’. The boards went crazy, that was during those few weeks when the stock went nuts and hit its high.
