It's hard to say at this point if Albert actually 'bought' the company per se as we do not see a change of control, only his appointment as CEO, President, etc, so it's possible Middle East Ventures FZE still controls the company. I think Middle East Ventures owned close to 80% of the o/s before the the pump and dump took place, obviously a lot of shares were dumped during that period but they still prob own 50 - 60% unless Albert did in fact buy them out.

I think the Koreans initially had 200M shares but those were returned to the treasury when the deal fell through.

Whatever the case it will be interesting to see what transpires here as this had 2 really good runs in the past, in fact one of the runs was .05 to $1. Of course if there is a change of control there is also the very strong threat of a r/s as well, so its risky right now but interesting nonetheless IMO.
