Lisata Therapeutics expands drug discovery with GATC AI collaboration

Lisata Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ:LSTA) CEO David Mazzo talked with Proactive about the company’s strategic collaboration with GATC Health, a leader in artificial intelligence-driven drug discovery. Helix Exploration expands with key acquisition at Rudyard

HeLIX Exploration PLC (AIM:HEX) CEO Bo Sears talked with Proactive's Stephen Gunnion about the company’s latest expansion at its Rudyard Project in Montana. Sears highlighted the acquisition of the Weil #1 well and its surrounding 640-acre section, which effectively doubles Helix's production capacity. The purchase, completed for $300,000, presents significant value compared to the estimated $1.3 million cost of drilling a new well. Sears explained that Rudyard’s helium potential has been known since Texaco’s 1960 drilling, but only recently has its full scale been realised. With ongoing development, Helix is transitioning from an exploration-focused approach to a development drilling program, significantly reducing risks in future wells. The company is also preparing to spud the Linda #1 well in April, pending regulatory approvals. Additionally, Sears confirmed that the Darwin #1 well is ready for production as soon as the necessary plant infrastructure is in place. On the Ingomar project, he noted that while initial gas samples were noncommercial, future drilling in the Flathead formation is planned after environmental restrictions lift in mid-June. Blockmate Ventures: Hivello’s AI expansion with Nosana

Blockmate Ventures Inc (TSX-V:MATE, OTCQB:MATEF) chairman Domenic Carosa talked with Proactive's Stephen Gunnion about Hivello’s latest integration with the Nosana network. Carosa explained that Hivello allows users to rent out their computer resources, similar to how AirBnB operates for homes. Solvonis Therapeutics strengthens board with addition of Dr Renata Crome

Solvonis Therapeutics PLC (LSE:SVNS) non-executive director-elect Dr Renata Crome talked with Proactive about her appointment to the board and what she brings to the company. Dr Crome has an extensive background in pharmaceutical development, having worked at Roche for 30 years. She played a key role in the development of blockbuster treatments such as bevacizumab and obinutuzumab for cancer, as well as Tamiflu for influenza. Following her time at Roche, she transitioned to board roles across commercial and charity organisations and also lectures in pharmaceutical medicine. Discussing her contributions to Solvonis, Dr Crome highlighted her strategic expertise and experience in central nervous system (CNS) treatments. "I have extensive experience in developing treatments in the central nervous system area, and I know the challenges and some of the solutions," she said. She also emphasised her ability to leverage a strong network of experts to support the company's goals.
