I don't think they sold 270k shares, I believe that is all they have left. All the recent volume and price drop was from them selling out 80% of their position.

The document stated

Amount Beneficially Owned: Messrs. Marxe, Greenhouse and Stettner
beneficially own a total of 270,097 shares of Common Stock. This amount
includes 54,020 shares of Common Stock owned by Cayman, 27,011 shares of
Common Stock owned by SSPE and 189,066 shares of Common Stock owned by SSFQP.

**This shows that they no longer have the 1.67 Million shares they once had. Last report was in June at 1.55 Mil shares**
