Is it ACQ (Green pressure treated)? If so, I recommend a product called Spa-N-Deck. I use it on my dock here in Florida where the conditions are as brutal on exposed wood as it gets. It is applied with the decking already wet, and is best after the wood has been allowed enough exposure to bake off the treating residues. At 1 year old, your deck is perfect. It should last around 4 years.
Edit... 4 years between applications (maybe longer), the deck should last forever.
