FINRA states clearly the only accurate short sales data is their Bi-Weekly report - the penny stock shorting sites such as OTCShortReport are for penny stock pumpers to try and explain away the depress PPS. They always use daily short sales data and it is worthless.

Why do you think OTCM uses the Bi-Weekly report - because it is the only data on short sales that is accurate.

From OTCM - in the two weeks prior to Aug 15 we find:

No one is shorting NTEK.
