I find this VERY INTERESTING.

All contracts are in individual names. WILF BLUM is the name on the contract. In reality he could collect his treasure and head home. No need to inform anybody.



I can think of a boatload of reasons why this is interesting. I bet the SEC has 3.8 million reasons.
