Why does BYSD Bayside Petroleum website suggest information has not been undated since late 2011?

Check out their site and click the Projects link. Here is a quick link to their Current Prospectus page suggesting new wells would be drilled by the 1st Quarter of 2012:

A lack of updated information on Bayside Petroleum Company, Inc. site speaks volumes with respect to the incompetence of BYSD management IMHO.
Again, price action continues to decline. Think about it, if you invested $1000 in BYSD 5 years ago, today BYSD would be worth about $1.50! :(
Similarly, if you were to have invested $1000 in BYSD at the beginning of 2014, your shares would be worth $400 today...
