My guess is Nicholas Bozza is referencing a consulting company called "Discipline of Clinical Research and Design". According to the "clients" section of that company's website, Event Cardio Group, Canadian Arrhythmia Institute, and Contex Canada are all clients.

Contex Canada is the design/engineering firm that is working on Event Cardio Group's medical product.
