Yes she did! go back and look at the Money TV spots. December I think. She said it outright and she had already done it at the time of the broadcast. She is a complete liar. She had issued 50 million plus shares to ECO without notifying anyone, same BOD as Marani too, and an obvious inside deal less than a month before the Money TV. She had already diluted big time and outright lied about it. Period. You want to take the word of a proven liar for all the other BS? She lied in 2009 and she lied in 2013. Walks like a duck, talks like a duck. Don't get stuck holding this POS. When they announce their $10,000 in annual sales think about what a business is worth that can only manage $10,000 in gross sales. Total embarrassment and obvious scam.
