...just asking...................actually, the buyer would be a GS sub or GS customer but the point is GS might know some technical reasons the FDIC wanted the CSSA and the FCNCA preferred stock would be used to buy the NOL via a stock pooling with US - US.

...so the GS/HIGHLANDER CAPITAL block theory has LEGS.........
