That is your opinion. Perhaps financing at the necessary levels required to manufacture, market, and sell the product was not available. This may have been the only way to achieve market sales and distribution. Anyone that can read filings could see that.
Now the choice is do you believe they are trying to get a product to market or not. If I am MRIB, just trying to sale shares as you claim, I can think of many other ways to accomplish that which are not going to require me to create any amount of a good and cut into my profit from dumping shares.
Not saying this isn't risky, but damn they sure are putting product on the market (infancy) and that costs money. This aint APPLE
