My scenario , FWIW :Even though it's almost impossible to get shares to short by the regular way , the stock is being drived down by toxic financers , indirectly helped by some groups who are just trading against the others .

Do you see the $ volume we trade ? It's so easy to manipulate it , you just need to have 20-30M shares , you place your roadblocks at the ask and dump on the weak bid when you want to reach the next step down ... Then you cover your ass with the convertibles shares the company has the obligation to issue per toxic agreements, most of the time at 40% discount of market price , then repeat , waiting for the next due date to come ....
