Under the new "Charlotte's Web" bill, which Scott has said he would sign, Florida's new medical-marijuana industry would be limited to horticultural growers that have been in business for at least 30 years, are already growing at least 400,000 plants and have the financial means to start up the new, highly regulated crop.

These fools don't qualify under the Charlotte's Web bill and won't have a chance even if Amendment 2 passes in the fall. The company's last misadventure focused on mobile signage, not horticulture.

Even assuming Amendment 2 passes (which it likely will),and assuming the state liberally issues licenses to cultivate (which it won't) it will take at least 2 years after the amendment being passed for all the procedures, applications and licenses issued to begin production. What are these fools going to do to generate revenue? Focus on selling bongs and papers until then?
