That is when the name changed. They put in the request on April 10th! About 5 months ago. I would expect them to know why they were changing and to know what the new direction was. Heck go back to March 25 press release and read the title.

"Everybody's phone company plans to enter $500 million hydroponics industry while changing its name to reflect NEW DIRECTION"

Overall this management is pathetic...but it's really nothing new to pennies so I am not really surprised. Hopefully some pumper crew picks this to be their next big momo play! We can all hope.
