If these answers came from Makmann, well, gosh, I could have provided them:

Has the company completed the first harvest to date? In process
That's what the Aug 6 PR said. 75 days from the date of that PR is Oct 20. But see the answer below re "crop update."

Has the company share structure changed? no
No change per NY SOS.

How many parcels does emerald med farms have, and is the company limited to 25 plants per parcel? This information will be provided through press releases and corporate filings
"will be provided"? Mendocino County is quite clear: 25 plants per parcel.

Is the company legally allowed to operate in the state and sell the grown/harvested marijuana? Yes. Emerald Med Farms operates as an independent agent to the not-for-profit medical marijuana cooperatives
I believe this answer is nonsense. I have found nothing in California law that allows it and quite a few things which disallow it. And the AG Guidelines are quite clear that the only lawful marijuana is that which is grown by the patient and caregiver members of a cooperative for the patients of that cooperative.

When should investors anticipate a crop update? 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, ect....at the end of the quarter through the filings.
Niiice. Still gotz til mid-November before investors find out there is no marijuana moola.

Is the company looking to possibly update to OTC-QB? The company is reviewing the process and will be providing an update on its plan to become a fully reporting company.
Name one penny stock that doesn't say this.
