Mabwe Minerals hold the rights to Dodge Mine Blocks 1-6 PLUS the ENTIRE mountain range! The Dodge Mine ownership certificates were taken right out of your hand by our police two years ago as you suddenly remembered where you hid them after stealing a number of document from Mr. Groves' files.

Do you deny that this happened?

You claim suddenly after three years that you are a member of Chiroswa Minerals (Dodge Mine prior owner) presenting a September 21, 2007 "photocopy" representing minutes of a meeting saying you are now a member of Chiroswa Syndicate. You can't produce an original (as required by our court). Mr. Groves has sworn under oath that you were NEVER a member of Chiroswa Syndicate. You have two documents dated the same exact date on two different base minerals letterheads with one document including Mr. Groves gmail account that was verified by Google to have been created in December 2010.

Where was this document when you bartered the stolen ownership certificates giving them to the police in return for getting out of jail? These certificates were IMMEDIATELY re-registered in the name of Mabwe Minerals.

Why not post both of your base minerals documents on your web site? You presented them in court twice before you realized the gmail address backfired in your face.

Your 4th attempt to claim you have a tribute agreement is fading fast as the judge who issued you the order now realizes that you intentionally left out the page showing the tribute agreement had expired in May 2011.

Do you deny that the tribute agreement expired in May 2011? Post the document on your website to prove us wrong.

After the dust settles soon, all that will remain is your multimillion dollar lawsuit that our Supreme Court has already ruled in favor of Mabwe Minerals.
