What difference would it make what country Dr. Von Hoff is in?
He is currently working on preclinical trials for CiaB and inoperable pancreatic cancer where his main focus at the moment is fluid build up in the abdomen/chest cavity as a result of cancer in the abdominal area. The fluid contributes to the patients survival rate and the patients longevity.

If Dr Von Hoff were on the moon conducting these studies I would not care, just so long as these studies get done by HIM and the other top Docs involved.

"Old news" but current when applied to what is going on presently.
