CD Holder just Converted $2.2 Million Dollars into BKMP Stock....This should reassure many as to BKMP's viability.
CD holder cannot sell any of the converted shares until the fall of 2007. The conversion also has no affect upon the current O/S or PPS until the Fall of 2007.
