I think Teva makes some valid points regarding the invitation by the FDA to comment publicly yet they don't have the info to base their conversation.

As much as we don't like it, Teva has done a great job muddling the water when dealing with the FDA and copaxone.

It's going on 4 months pretty soon, and most people here thought the biggest problem was how the FDA would approve over Memorial Day weekend.
